Hey Army Spouse friends, have you tried to take the GAT 2.0? Here is a blog by my friend Liz and her experience. I had a similar experience a few years ago when it was first released, GAT 1.0, for spouses. My results: need more sleep, more exercise, less stress and over all doing OK. Very vague.
